The PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) classification, recognises that our hazelnuts are different from the other varieties due to their excellent flavour and a delicate taste. Our special variety, which is called Tonda Gentile delle Langhe, is the Queen of Piedmontese bakery, since it is great both for bake cakes than to be savoured shelled.
